3-part workshop: Feb. 15th, Feb. 29th, March 14th.
 
2-4pm each day

Each workshop will include an asana flow focusing on different chakras:

Part 1: Root and Sacral Chakras
Part 2: Solar Plexus and Heart Chakras
Part 3: Throat, Third Eye, and Crown Chakras

Concluding with a Holy Fire Reiki guided meditation to integrate each healing experience!

$30 per session or $80 for the package of all 3 workshops (save $10)
